Strong earnings from Apple, Coke send stock futures up

Apple (AAPL) easily surpassed profit forecasts and, more importantly, raised its revenue outlook above analysts’ expectations when it released results after the market closed Tuesday.

Stock market: Stocks flat for day, post strong monthly gains
